Description

The Project will address deficient building systems including sprinkler system, lighting/power, plumbing and new HVAC unit (to be located on the ground floor) and bring the space into compliance with the NC Building, state energy and accessibility codes. This renovation will demolish most of the existing 2nd floor spaces to provide new areas for the Department of Agricultural & Human Sciences.
