Masonry Repairs at the Annex Building

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to repair the brick work around the second floor of the facility located at 101 Ridge Street, Saint George, SC 29477.The County intends to replace the brick where the door was located and closely match the existing brickwork that surrounds the approximately 8’ x 14’ area. Currently, there is a 4’x7’ steel door that will need to be removed and replaced with CMU and then the exterior will need to be completely bricked in. The project scope includes the following: 1. All measurements and quantities should be verified. Please see details on attached pictures. 2. Contractor must meet all code requirements and obtain any licenses or permits needed to complete work. The location is in the jurisdiction of the Town of Saint George. 3. Water and electricity are available on the site premises. 4. Ensure finished work meets county’s approval. 5. Remove and properly dispose of all debris, including but not limited to, plywood, bricks, blocks, and steel door. 6. Any change orders not in the scope or agreed upon prior to work beginning must be approved before it is started. 7. All work must meet all electrical and building code standards.
