| Description | Description: This contract relates to the removal and replacement of shingle roofing on the Housing Authority site in Hobart, Oklahoma. Bids for this project will include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform the work items indicated on drawings and/or described in the specifications. Below is a non-inclusive list of work items on the Housing Authority Site. Bid Security in the form of a certified check or bank draft payable to the Hobart Housing Authority, U.S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Security. separate performance and payment bonds, each for 50 percent or more of the contract price. |
