300000 Gallon Spheroid Exterior Overcoat Dry Interior Partial Repaint and Miscellaneous Repairs

The Work includes: Exterior: High pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi), spot power tool clean to a SSPC-SP11 standard, and apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system. Dry Interior: Abrasive blast clean the entire tops of the platforms (including 1 ft. up the riser wall), the entire bowl, the bottom ½ of the access tube, and spot failures throughout to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy system to the bottom ½ of the access tube and the entire bowl and a spot two (2) coat epoxy system to the rest of the prepared surfaces. Pit Piping: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Foundation: Repair grout and repair spalls. Water clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Repairs: Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch. Replace the access tube roof hatch. Install ladder extension at the condensate platform. Install deflector bars on the fill/draw pipe. Overflow discharge modification. Install a condensate drain line and a kickplate around the overflow opening. Install a mud valve. Replace roof vent screen. Install a seal at the access tube air gap. Install a roof handrail with a painter’s rail. Replace dry interior and aviation light bulbs. Weld a rigging lug on the bowl. Weld a pipe at the roof antenna cable penetration. Install a sample tap on the fill/draw pipe.
