Parking Lot Improvements

Sealed Bids will be received by Cole County Residential Services Inc., (CCRSI) for the proposed work for the project entitled Parking Lot Improvements" is generally described as the addition of two Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) parking spaces. The project includes clearing, grading, erosion control, curb and gutter, concrete pavement, sidewalk, seed and mulch, and other appurtenant and incidental working necessary for a complete project. The Cole County Residential Services Inc., (CCRSI) Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Sealed Bids must be submitted, to CCRSI, 1908 Boggs Creek Road, Jefferson City MO 65101.
