Janitorial Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Stamford d/b/a Charter Oak Communities (COC) hereby solicits and requests proposals (Proposals) from qualified respondents (Contractor) to bid Janitorial Services as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP) and, specifically, in the Scope of Services. The selected Contractor will be required to provide the appropriate personnel, as required to fulfill scope of services.
