Park Pavilion and Restroom Renovation Project

Renovate existing large pavilions and restrooms at the following Clearfield City Parks: Island View Park (1800 South Main Street), Kiwanis Park (300 North Vine Street) and Steed Park (North side, 550 North 1000 West). Renovate some of the City’s exiting pavilions and restrooms to give them a more modern and inviting look. These renovations will include the following as budget permits: 1. Metal roofing on restrooms and pavilions 2. Update the interior of the restrooms to brighten, add light and create a more inviting environment 3. Update the exterior of the restrooms to better thematically blend into the surrounding area.

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 13 -	Special Construction.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
