Description

Plans call for the construction of a planned development consisting of 87 single family condominium homes on the east side of Hill Road and the construction of a planned development consisting of 406 multi-family units over 58 buildings, a clubhouse and pool on the west side of Hill Road. As of March 6, 2023, the project has received preliminary site plan approvals. An architect and general contractor have been selected. Subcontract bidding opportunities possible fall 2023. Construction is anticipated to begin first quarter 2024.
