Description

2.1. Draft a Request for Proposal/Bids (RFP) specific to the scope of work that includes applicable qualification criteria which shall be considered for the scope of work in question. 2.2. Post the RFP on your corporate website as an open invitation for proposal offers. 2.3. Request that MUDs procurement system issue an RFP notification letter to their registered vendor list and utilize your own public outreach to actively promote to prospective subcontractors. 2.4. Advertise and conduct a pre-proposal meeting with prospective subcontractors. 2.5. Publish any/all RFP addenda as necessary on your corporate website. 2.6. Receive RFP proposals using your corporate email system and/or via hard copy submission with Program Manager copied on submissions. 2.7. Conduct opening of proposals with MUDs team members in attendance. 2.8. Review and reconcile proposals to the extent possible based on the proposals themselves. 2.9. Create short-list(s) of proposers to be interviewed (generally between three and five proposers). Metropolitan Utilities District (MUD, District) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of selecting a qualified, experienced, and prepared Construction Management firm for Construction Management at Risk Services for a New Construction Center 2 (CC2) facility and a remodel of its existing Construction Center 1 (CC1) facility (The Project). Written questions are due no later than August 15, 2023, and must be submitted electronically. Initial CC1 Project Construction Budget is ~$18,535,000. Initial CC2 Project Construction Budget is ~$45,480,000.
