Description

Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for this solicitation is Yulia Niece, Procurement Contract Specialist, 971-719-3087, yulia.niece@ das.oregon.gov. Questions deadline : June 2, 2022 @ 5 PM (PT). All questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and directed to the SPOC. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a CM/GC Contract for the Renovation of the Executive Building (located at 155 Cottage St., NE, Salem, OR 97301) for the benefit of Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Asset Management Division. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all pre-construction and construction work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. This contract is for a Public Work subject to ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. Proposers or their representative are required to attend the mandatory pre-proposal conference. Proposals will only be evaluated from proposers or their representative who registered and attended the mandatory pre-proposal conference, and all other proposals will be considered non-responsive. Proposers are responsible for ensuring that their vendor information is current and correct in online. DAS PS is not responsible for defective registration or incorrect vendor information. Proposal(s) may be rejected if not in compliance with solicitation procedures and requirements. Any or all Proposal(s) may be rejected if in the public interest to do so.
