New Castle Area Transit Authority (NCATA) Bus Wash Rehabilitation - HVAC & PC Rebid

The project consists of the replacement of the existing bus wash system and associated appurtenances at the facility. This bid package is specifically for the HVAC and Plumbing Construction Contracts. The General Trades Construction and Electrical Construction contracts have been procured and awarded through a previous bid solicitation. This project is subject to Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates as provided in Part 4 of this Section Permits, Licenses and Certificates: For Owner's records, submit copies of permits, licenses, certifications, inspection reports, releases, jurisdictional settlements, notices, receipts for fee payments, judgments, correspondence, records and similar documents established for compliance with standards and regulations bearing on performance of the Work.
