| Description | The floor square footage dimension is approximately 1340 square feet. The current floor is epoxy, most likely 2-3 layers. There are no 220 receptacles in the space, only 110. We will be removing all equipment and cabinets prior to the contractors starting, we will be setting up a temporary shop set up on the hanger deck to keep our operations while the project is being completed. Would like to see operations only from Mon-Friday, however the shop personnel could possibly stand by on Saturdays to help facilitate this scope faster. There are no phasing requirements, they have the space from start to finish and we will move all our equipment back as soon as completed. |
