RFP D/B - Aquatic Facility at Oakland Park

**As of May 25, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded . A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Board of County Commissioners of Shawnee County, Kansas (the "Board") is seeking a well qualified firm to provide Design Build services for the design and construction of a new aquatic facility at Oakland Park, 801 NE Polar for a fixed fee (the "Project"). On December 19, 2022, the Board approved Design Build as the preferred method of construction delivery. The estimated construction value of the proposed work will be between $2,000,000 and $4,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
