New Baseball & Softball Complex (Early Site Package) ARKANSAS DPSAFT # 1920-2807-006, 1921-2807-006 Nabholz Construction Corporation (herein after referred to as "Nabholz" or "Construction Manager") is accepting specialty contractor and supplier proposals for the below referenced project. All proposals or bids received shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Manager's Manual (the "CM Manual"). Plans and bidding documents will be available via internet link, or at various reprographic locations. Bidders should contact Nabholz for access to bidding documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor's License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
