CRE Project Number: 20053-IN This project consists of the demolition of existing structure and reconstruction located at 2207 Cannons Campground Road, Spartanburg, South Carolina. Spartanburg County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals received as a result of this request, and to negotiate with any and all qualified proposers. An award resulting from this request shall be made to the responsive and responsible proposer whose proposal is determined to be in the best interests of Spartanburg County, taking into consideration the cost and the evaluation factors set forth herein. Spartanburg County will be the sole judge as to whether a proposal has satisfactorily met the requirements of this request for proposal. Written questions shall be submitted at least five (5) calendar days prior to Proposal's submission date. Questions submitted after this date will be rejected as not timely.
