Description

RFQ documents are not ready for this project yet. They should be available soon and the bid date will be extended to accommodate the delayed RFQ packet. Ted Lewis Park Project Project Location: Intersection of Rosewood and Brokaw Avenue in Circleville, Ohio In general, the Project consists of: construction of a park space including splash pad water feature, playground equipment, landscape elements and vegetation, walkways, restroom building, and picnic shelter. Interested firms must submit two hardcopies of the SOQ via UPS or other parcel delivery service through Judy Nunez, Strand Associates, Inc.(R), 425 West Nationwide Boulevard., Suite 100, Columbus, OH 43215, at the interested respondent's expense. NOTE: The City disclaims all responsibility and liability should the interested CMR firm not deliver its SOQ to Strand Associates, Inc. (R), 425 West Nationwide Boulevard, Suite 100, Columbus, OH 43215, by the date and time specified above. SOQs submitted after this date and time will not be accepted. Interested CMR firms MUST register their current name, address, telephone, e mail address, and fax number information with the Project Engineer. Interested CMR firms must keep this information current and provide any changes to the City. SOQs will only be accepted by firms that have registered with Judy Nunez, Project Engineer. Project addenda or other written communications shall only be sent via e-mail to interested CMR firms recorded in the registry for the project. The City shall not be responsible or liable for project addenda or other written communications that are not received by interested CMR firms due to incorrect or outdated contact information. SOQs must be submitted in accordance with the RFQ. The City reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, to waive technicalities, or to seek new or additional SOQs, if the City determines that its best interests will be promoted.
