The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the replacement stormwater Pump Station 26 and the Linden, Palatine, Ronald Bog, Pan Terra, Serpentine, and PS-25 Pump Station improvements, including but not limited to storage and infiltration systems, stormwater pretreatment system, civil and mechanical improvements, electrical and control systems, new electrical utility services, site and frontage improvements, restoration of public rights-of-way and private property, and site landscaping and amenities.
