MNSU Highland North Restroom Renovation

The project scope consists of remodeling approx. 600 SF of existing toilet rooms on the first and second levels in the Highland North building. The Work includes but is not limited to: demolition; floor patching; interior floor waterproofing, metal stud and drywall partitions; hollow metal frames and wood doors; floor and wall finishes. Mechanical systems include heating and air conditioning. Electrical systems include electrical power and lighting. Note: Plumbing labor and material by MSU, Mankato. Plumbers will be assigned to the general contractor for work coordination
