Description

1. To remove and replace an existing asphalt roof system, located at the DNR Conference Lodge/Duck House Lodge Area at 638 Wye Island Road, Queenstown, Queen Anne's County, Maryland 21658. 2. Remove and properly dispose of the existing asphalt shingle roof (approximately 2,000 SF), felt underlayment, flashing, drip, edge, etc,, down to bare roof sheathing. 3. Inspect roof sheathing, and replace any deteriorated wood as directed by the DNR Project Manager using Unit Price #1. 4. Remove and replace the boot flashing on 2 plumbing vent pipes. 5. Replace flashing associated with chimney. 6. Provide and install approximately 2,000 SF of architectural shingles, New shingles to be installed with new drip edge, ice and water shield, starter shingles, vented ridge caps, etc. 7. Remove and proper disposal of debris.
