RFP - Design-Builder for the Replacement of the Kids Castle Playground at Purcell Park

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested vendors (Offeror) to serve as the Design-Builder for the Replacement of the Kids Castle Playground at Purcell Park, located at 41 Monument Avenue, Harrisonburg, VA 22801. DATE/TIME LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: September 21, 2023 on or before 12:00pm Questions related to the RFQ or requests for clarification shall be directed to the Procurement Manager for the City of Harrisonburg, by email (Questions@harrisonburgva.gov). Oral questions outside of scheduled RFQ meetings will not be permitted. All responses to inquiries will be in writing and will be posted as addenda on the eVA website Anticipated release of Short-List October 13, 2023 the work related to this contract must be completed no later than December 31, 2026.
