The successful contractor shall be required to submit Certified Payroll Forms on this project. Each bidder shall be required to submit a Bid Security in the amount of 10% of their bid (but not over $20,000.00) with their bid. Each bidder shall also be required to submit a Consent of Surety with their bid. Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44 A-20.2, et seq., and as such, contractors are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law.
