University of Washington Tateuchi East Asia Library - Phase 1

The project includes the following work: The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and other incidentals for the renovation of a portion of the third floor of the existing Tateuchi East Asia Library Reading Room and hallway lobby in Gowen Hall. Renovation includes demolition of existing entry walls, repainting and cleaning of existing wall conditions, construction of new walls and storefront along with decorative wood paneling, and fabrication and installation of new circulation desk and freestanding casework/furniture elements. The project also includes related electrical and mechanical work.
