Reroof Building Four and Interior Demolition

A. Title of the Project: Reroof Building 4 at Oakhurst Elementary School, Project Number 122104 B. The Scope of Work to be performed under this project consists of furnishing of all labor/ materials and performing all work necessary to the completion of Reroof Building 4. C. All work described in this bid document and drawings prepared by Williamson Dacar Associates, Inc. dba Williamson Design Associates. Drawings can be obtained at D. Dimensions on drawings shall be checked for accuracy by the Contractor. The Contractor shall determine exact dimensions for proper fit. Drawings shall not be scaled. Provide labor and materials to reroof building four and do interior demolition work with buildouts. This work will be completed as per plans and specifications provided by Williamson Dacar Associates, Inc. The prime Contractor shall be a Florida licensed General Contractor. NOTE: The Largo Administration Building is now a secured building effective December 1, 2015 and visitor procedures have changed. Inform the officer at the front desk that you have a bid to be delivered to the Purchasing Department. The officer will call Purchasing and someone from the department will come to the front desk to date and time stamp your bid and provide a receipt. This process may take several minutes, so please allow sufficient time when hand delivering a bid submittal.
