Construction of the Lodge City Hall Remodel Project

As of Feb 1 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established . The Project consists of remodeling the existing lodge into a new city hall, police station, and banquet hall. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Seth Stanton, seths@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm, January 6, 2023. Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration and payment of $20.00, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
