Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation and insurance to prepare the existing floor base and install 1,720 square feet (SF) of new 1/8” VCT throughout nine rooms, including the installation of 425 linear feet (LF) of rubber wall base over all newly installed VCT. Additionally, an area of room 210, kitchen, will need approximately 138 square feet (SF) of water-damaged flooring replaced. Newly installed underlayment plywood should be a consideration where required. Minimal furniture lifting and moving will be required by the contractor. The existing base floor is wood. Building floor plans are attached for reference to room numbers, dimensions and linear footage
