County Road Micro-Surfacing Project

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Construction of a County Road Micro-Surfacing Project of approximately 8.0 Miles of County Roads and a Walking Track in District Two and District Five named "A" thru "M", also known as Engineer's Project No. WCBS-101-22. Basis of Award: The award, if made, will be to the lowest and best qualified bidder. Total Contract Time as Advertised: 60 Working Days The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that, in any contract entered pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for an award. Certified Check or Bid Bond for five percent (5%) of total bid payable to Wayne County must accompany each proposal. Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letter qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid, and such proposals will not be considered in making the award. The Board intends to accept the lowest and best bid and reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
