Description

As of October 26, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded, and project could start this coming December, 2022. The developer is requesting general contractor bids for the following: Project Description: Buckingham Companies will be constructing a new clubhouse addition between an existing one-story framed garage and a the existing one-story framed clubhouse building. The project will include a new package room, dog spa, fitness center, and reception area. This project will also include a sitework with underground utilities. The building will be approximately 2,500 square feet. The geotechnical report has been issued as of 7-5-2022. All, The current landscaper for Winds at Poplar Creek is Daybreaker Landscapes.
