Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. The Industrial Development Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities in the Bids, and to determine the lowest responsible Bidder. Bidder's name, address, license number, expiration date and that part of classification which applies to the Project(s) and the name, address and licensing information for Plumbing, HVAC, Masonry, and Electrical Contractors if applicable, must be on the sealed envelope containing the executed Bid Proposal. All required items must be listed, with any item(s) that are not applicable to the Project in accordance with the Regulations to be marked "not applicable to this project". In compliance with the act, sealed envelopes will not be opened unless all required information is properly displayed. Contractors must comply with all "Drug- Free Workplace" requirements. The work in general consists of the following: All materials and labor for construction of timber boardwalk. The Work will be substantially completed within 90 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and final completion within 120 days. Liquidated damage: After Substantial Completion, if CONTRACTOR shall neglect, refuse, or fail to complete the remaining Work within the Contract Time or any proper extension thereof granted by OWNER, CONTRACTOR shall pay OWNER $500.00 for each day
