| Description | Provide protection of sensitive electrical equipment and entire building from transient voltage surges. This building has been subject to occurrences of voltage spikes that has interrupted and at times, destroyed equipment multiple times. The Contractor will provide and install all proposed equipment to protect the buildings electrical system. Discovery Center is a LEED certified building and practices Green Building initiatives and therefore strives to provide safe working conditions and promote occupant health. All materials used in conjunction with services must meet or exceed the “green limits” for their industry by limiting the release of volatile organic compounds. NYS State Executive Order 111 must be adhered to |
