Description

As of June 21, 2023, construction is underway, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Additional Grandstand to the Home Side of the Existing Stadium The project consists of STADIUM BLEACHER EXPANSION which includes but is not limited to: dirt work, utility work, concrete walks, drilled piers, grandstands, chain link fencing, gravel, landscaping, and electrical Guaranty Bonds in the form of a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond may be required from any subcontractor whose proposal is in excess of $100,000 at the option of the Construction Manager.
