Ocean Beach Highway to Olympia Way Improvements project

For the 46th Ave., Ocean Beach Hwy (SR4) to Olympia Way Improvements project. The project provides for the improvements of 46th Avenue from Ocean Beach Hwy (SR4) to Olympia Way. The project includes surveying, clearing and grubbing; removal of structures and obstructions, roadway excavation; stormwater treatment facility and conveyance; removal of bridge and installation of culvert across CDID #1 ditch; paving with HMA; erosion control; curb/gutter; traffic control; pavement marking; traffic signs; and any other incidentals necessary to complete the specified work in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to learn of Addendum, if any. Such information may be obtained from the portal. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 apply and demonstrating DBE compliance and utilization of at least 15% is a Condition of Award. All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the Washington State or Federal Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates. Cash, cashier's check, certified check and/or bid bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid price shall accompany all bids.
