Alumni Center Landscaping Maintenance

Maintain the grounds at 69 Hagood Avenue (Alumni Center and GSA building), and Johnson Hagood Stadium West Plaza (see attached diagrams). Work will include cutting the grass with mowers and trimmers, edging the sidewalks, and cleaning cuttings from parking lot grounds, building steps, and sidewalks. The contractor will also be responsible for collecting debris/trash on the grounds and disposing of it off campus. Additional required landscaping work includes pruning palm trees, pruning shrubs, replacing dead trees, maintaining formal gardens, installing annual plants throughout the year, removing and replacing mulch, weeding flowerbeds, and cleaning fence lines. Contractor will also conduct soil and or plant sampling to effectively use fertilizer, pesticides, herbicides and fungicides.
