Waterline Improvements

As of June 21, 2023, project was awarded to KC Property Management, awarded amount is $255,667.50 Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: The project generally consists of furnishing and installing approximately 3,151 LF of 6" PVC waterline, including directional bores, wet bores, gate valves, interconnection of existing waterlines, fire hydrant assembly and leads, and other miscellaneous items of construction. No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder. Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to the City/County or engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Each interpretation made will be in the form of an Addendum to the contract documents and will be distributed to all parties holding contract documents no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. It is, however, the bidder's responsibility to make inquiry as to any addenda issued. All such addenda shall become part of the contract documents and all bidders shall be bound by such addenda, whether or not received by the bidders.
