Construction of Concrete Ramp

Construction of an ADA-compliant concrete ramp to provide access to a scenic landing on the east bank of the Arkansas River near the 1900 block of Riverside Drive in Tulsa. Bid bonds are not required for this project. PROJECT JOB DESCRIPTION: An ADA-compliant concrete ramp connecting to the existing River Parks recreational trail and joining to a scenic concrete landing near the Arkansas River shall be built as detailed in Exhibit A, Construction Plans. Adjacent to the Project site are two commercial operations, the Sandbar Riverside Cafe and the Yard Bar, which shall remain open and must remain accessible during construction. The existing recreational trail is a dual trail, accommodating pedestrians/runners on the side closest to the river and cyclists on the other. One side of the trail shall remain open for public use during construction activities and Contractor shall provide all barricades, fencing, and signage necessary to ensure public safety. River Parks staff shall be notified in advance by Contractor of any required short-term closure of the entire trail to identify an alternate route for trail users
