Bridge H7-2.4 Replacement

**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 06/01/23 to 06/08/23** Pursuant to the provisions of Section 153.54, each bidder shall be required to file with his bid one of the following options: 1. A bond in accordance with division (B) of Section 153.54 of the Revised Code, providing for the Bid Guaranty and the Contract Bond in the full amount of the bid, or, 2. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Revised Code, in accordance with division (C) of Section 153.54. The amount of the Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. If this option is used, a Performance Bond issued by a surety company in the amount of 100% of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidder as a condition of the contract. All proposals must be submitted bound in their entirety, and on the forms furnished in the contract documents. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services Wage and Hour Division. The Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Division 26 -	Electrical, Exterior Lighting, Lighting Poles and Standards, Roadway Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Embankments, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Slope Protection, Gabions, Riprap, Special Foundations and Load-Bearing Elements, Driven Piles.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Rigid Paving, Fences and Gates, Retaining Walls.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Bridges.
