| Description | Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, parts, components and materials needed to perform periodic inspections and preventative maintenance as specified on the City of Warren’s Overhead Door Maintenance systems to attain optimum safety and efficiency levels. The Contractor shall also provide fire door drop testing and, if necessary, repairs to the fire doors, in order to keep them operating correctly. |
