RFQ Engineering - General and Project-specific Consulting Engineering Services

The Association requests statements of qualifications from civil engineers interested in providing general and project-specific consulting engineering services. The Associations owns and operates a Group A water system serving nearly 900 connections in the rural area northeast of Snohomish, WA. The system includes one standpipe, two pump stations and two interties with the City of Everett supply system. Future capital improvements are anticipated to be substantially water main replacement projects. Engineers and firms must be licensed to practice in Washington State and must not be listed on the Federal Excluded Parties List System. Services may include the following: General engineering/consulting Long-range planning Developer extension administration Capital project design Construction support services Federally-funded project services SOQs shall be limited to five pages including cover/interest letter and resumes, using a minimum of 11 point font and shall include the following: Primary point of contact and name of company president Home and local office contact information Summary of experience with Washington Group A water systems with 200 to 1,500 connections Project descriptions for examples of the types of services listed above Resume for proposed project/client manager Resumes for up to four additional staff Questions about this request must be submitted in writing no later than Friday October 7 at 12:00 noon to the email address GM@3lwa.org The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
