| Description | Complete roof removal to both concrete and metal deck systems. New ¼” Tapered Insulation on all concrete decks, per slopes shown. 1.0” minimum thickness. .5” Securock cover boards, all set in UIA (universal insulation adhesive) in ribbons spaced @ 8” o.c. on concrete deck. The metal deck insulation shall be attached per JohnsManville requirements using screw & plates. Then set the Securock cover board in UIA over tapered ISO insulation ISO, ½” Securock, all mechanically attached, to meet FBC 2020. |
