| Description | The Contractor must demolish and dispose of off-site the old "Bait Shop" and Lift Station within Pleasant Creek State Recreation Area, located on the north side lake, north of the boat ramp. The building is approximately 1,000 SF, one story, with no basement, but demolition will include removal of the concrete floor and concrete footings (anticipated to be up to 4' deep). The lift station is approximately 3' x 8' and 7' feet deep and the contractor must remove the metal containment box and cap the sewer line. All utilities have been disconnected and no hazardous materials were found with previous inspections. |
