State Street Public Plaza Construction Inspection

To complete the design documents and specifications, coordination and attendance of weekly or bi-weekly construction meetings, consult directly with Bergmann design staff on any RFI’s or field questions, track payment items and provide recommendations on progress payments, assist with any interdepartmental coordination between City Departments, Site Contractor, and the Engineer, and provide written updates and any field modifications for proper documentation associated with record drawings.
