Description

1. Full preventative maintenance and services shall be provided by the Service Company on all equipment and associated devices related to the heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and control systems as outlined within the specifications. 2.The Service Company shall furnish all personnel, parts, materials, test equipment, tools, and detailed technical and business prospectus, descriptively outlining its ability to adequately and satisfactorily perform the services as requested in this specification.
