Lead Remediation and Abatement 2023

Community Affairs and Resource Center (CARC) 913 Sewall Avenue, Asbury Park, New Jersey, 07712 Notice is hereby given that one (1) bid package for Lead Remediation Program services for a period of two years is being released by Community Affairs and Resource Center (CARC) and bid proposals are being requested for this work in Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Atlantic Counties. This bid package "Lead Remediation and Abatement 2023" is strictly for the Lead Remediation Program. This bid package is for a period of two years. CARC reserves the right to reject any of all bids and reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids and to accept the bid and award the contract to the bidder which, in its best judgment, best serves the interest of CARC. The bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, properly endorsed with the name of the bidder, with the destination, " Lead Remediation and Abatement 2023" and hand-delivered to CARC Lead Remediation Program, 913 Sewall Avenue, Asbury Park, New Jersey 07712. Mail applications will be at your own risk, CARC is not responsible for any lost and or damaged applications. Bidders are required to comply with the provisions of NJSA 10:2-1 through 10:2-4 and Public Law 1975 c.127 dealing with discrimination in employment on public contracts. Minority contractors are encouraged to bid.
