| Description | Handyman services for site, buildings, and interior of units owned and/or managed by the Loveland Housing Authority (LHA). • Communicating with Property Manager for Work Orders • Interacting with property residents • Repairing or replacing sinks and toilets • Painting units • Replacing damaged drywall • Replacing broken windows, screens and mirrors • Repairing or replacing fencing and gates • Minor roof repair, but not roof replacement • Replacing electrical fixtures • Hanging doors and installing door locks, rekeying locks when necessary • If unable to process the Work requested CONTRACTOR will contact LHA Maintenance immediately, so OWNER can look for other options. • The CONTRACTOR shall perform the Work in a way to minimize disruption to the Normal operation of building tenants. • CONTRACTOR is responsible for cleaning and removing from the job site all debris, materials, and equipment associated with the Work performed.
