Snow and Ice Removal Services, Loudoun County

The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide equipment with experienced, licensed operators to perform snow and ice removal services on 19 Routes/Lots within Loudoun County in VDOT's Northern Virginia District. Snow Removal Season is defined as November 1st of each year through April 30th of the following year. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Lora Hagarty at Lora.Hagarty@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than five days prior to the closing date. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From date of award through June 30, 2024 with four (4) optional one (1) year renewal periods The Commonwealth also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest.
