Hillside Elementary School Campus Upgrades

Window Security Screens; Remove and replace existing window and door screens with Kane security screens (approx.. 146 security grills average size of 30x40 and approx.. 50 of the 146 will be roughly 4'x8', field verify), patch and paint all areas damaged during security screen scope of work back to existing conditions. Multi Purpose Room; Remove and replace existing MPR stage curtains, approx.. 65' long x 14' high. Remove existing stage and replace with a portable stage of similar dimensions as previous stage. Remove and replace existing water fountain with bottle filler type, patch and paint all areas affected during water fountain removal and installation back to existing conditions. Replace existing flooring with new rubber floor tile in the MPR and adjoining faculty dinning. Provide a custom water/laser-jet cut logo into the rubber tile at the center of the MPR (approx.. 15'x15' logo) made of the same rubber tile material. Paint and refinish interior walls and acoustical tiles not suspended from ceiling grid systems. Bid security in the amount of ten (10) percent of the lump sum base bid, excluding bid items, as set forth in Section 01 2300, shall accompany each bid. Surety issuing the bid bond shall meet the requirements set forth in Article 5.17 of the General Conditions.
