Description

This project provides for the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment and work necessary to perform staged construction for full-depth reconstruction and widening of the Pennsylvania Turnpike from two lanes in each direction to three lanes in each direction. The project includes the construction of two box culverts, one box culvert extension, four arch culvert extensions, three retaining walls, one soil nail wall, three sign structures, and one DMS sign. The Type I DMS will be supplied by the Commission. The contract also provides for drainage modifications and maintenance and protection of traffic.
