Description

Furnish all materials and labor for the project Chiller Replacement for Southwest High School. Work in the project includes: Demolish and replace the existing 106-ton packaged air cooled chiller including modifications to concrete pad, piping, controls, electrical. Flush, fill and vent system and provide cleaner and water treatment for the entire closed chilled water system. An alternate bid price will be taken for replacing the chilled water pump.
