| Description | Numerous water lines in Historic Firestone are undersized, shallow, and in need of replacement. This project will complete an overall design for all waterlines in the area that need replacement. The designer shall review existing conditions and provide a complete design of proposed water lines, as well as cost estimates for each section, and a proposed schedule for installation based on budgeting restraints. The schedule will need to be created with Town staff to ensure budgetary and resource availabilities are accounted for. The designer shall also review a recent pavement condition analysis completed by the Town and create recommendations on when to perform the pavement maintenance and necessary reconstruction in conjunction with the water line improvements. |
