| Description | The Work is to remove and replace existing damaged exterior wall and aluminum store front framing with insulated glazing at a portion of the Amherst senior center. Exterior wall is a metal framed cavity wall with a masonry brick veneer. The Aluminum store front framing is a 4-1/2 wide x 2 inch high style with a 1 inch insulated tinted glazed panel. All new work shall restore the wall to new conditions that match the existing construction prior to damage. All finishes and materials match the existing in kind, size and color. |
