The work consists of removing existing fiber optic cabling from existing conduit, installing new fiber optic cabling, conduit, and pull boxes. The work also includes installing new Ethernet switches in existing and new cabinets, new Node Cabinets, and upgrading existing backbone switches at the City of Surprise and Peoria Traffic Management Centers (TMC).
